Overview
This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to drive business growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. As an SDA, you will be the vital first point of contact, engaging potential clients, generating leads, and setting the stage for successful sales journeys. You will work alongside our experienced sales and engineering teams to learn our products, understand our customers, and become a key support for our sales operations. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help expand our market presence and foster long-term partnerships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop essential sales skills within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Organize and process leads from our digital marketing efforts and registration programs, ensuring they are documented and assigned correctly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming web inquiries. You will gather initial information and route the requests to the appropriate salesperson or engineer.
- Assist in developing strategies for territory management, account growth, and customer retention while supporting overall sales management initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and targeting
- Manage the entire product sample process, from logging requests and preparing shipments to tracking delivery and confirming receipt with our sales team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- A high level of curiosity and desire to learn about technology
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus, but not required)
